Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by The Realist Nurse NCLEX Prep (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we offer

We provide educational support: one on one nursing tutoring, personalized NCLEX preparation, group courses such as the six week bootcamp and crash courses, Candidate Performance Report reviews, consultations, and digital study materials. All of it is delivered online.

Educational purpose only

Our sessions and materials are for exam preparation and learning. They are not clinical guidance and do not replace your nursing program, your instructors, your employer’s policies or professional judgment in patient care.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to help you prepare, but nobody can guarantee an exam result. Passing the NCLEX, or any course exam, depends on many things outside our control. We do not promise that you will pass.

NCLEX is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). We are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN or any state board of nursing.

Requests and the free study guide

• Sending the consultation request form asks us to contact you. It does not book or buy anything, and there is no cost.
• The free study guide is for your own personal study. Please do not resell, republish or share it as your own.
• Any paid tutoring, NCLEX preparation, course or review is agreed with you in writing, including its price, schedule and refund terms, before you pay anything.

Our content

The text, practice questions, materials, images, logo and design of this site and our courses belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own studying. Copying them for another business, or presenting them as your own, is not allowed.

Using the site

• Give accurate information when you fill in a form or book.
• Do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, or send anything you are not entitled to send.
• Do not try to access any part of the site or any account that is not yours, and do not probe, scan or overload it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from using this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
